How do you attract your target groups to attend the RDA-Workshop?

For the purposes of advertising, an RDAWorkshop Package comprising a visitorinvitation (also in English), visitor vouchers and visitor planner will be sentto all potential visitors.Targeted advertising in advance of the exhibition is immensely important and lays the very best foundations for your success. RDA address files help you to send out the right signals to visitors, for example, in announcing potential highlights of your appearance at the RDA-Workshop.

 

Advertising medium: visitor check book

In the forefront of the RDA-Workshop, visitor check book will be sent along withthe visitor invitation.

Assure that you grab professional visitors’ attention with an advert in this muchobserved advertising medium.
On your individually-designed, multicoloured page (152 x 89 mm) you may present a voucher for a RDA-Workshop special offer. There are no restraints on the imagination: a voucher for an espresso or a glass of prosecco, an attractive suprise, a discount on a weekend break, a ticket to participate in a raffle or a guided day trip. 

Every voucher has a perforated strip for the proffessional visitor. The voucher can be used at your RDA-Workshop stand and will bring you a lot of extra contacts. With this advertisement you are able to reach out to about 5,000 German coach holiday companies and around 3,000 RDA members.

So before the RDA-Workshop even begins, your profile is already known to visitors.

 

Visitor medium: visitor vouchers

We offer visitor vouchers to include with your mailings in order to help you find the right way to approach potential visitors to your stand.

Please note that an invitation letter from you (letter, mailing, flyer, a copy of your registration) formulated according to your wishes is not sufficient to admit your customers to the RDA-Workshop free of charge.

On the other hand, visitor vouchers are also valid as an admission ticket and grant the customers invited by you free admission to the RDA-Workshop on all three days.

The visitor vouchers must be stamped (or signed) twice on the frontwith the company stamp of the trade visitor and once on the back with your company stamp.

The Prices are as follows:

  • 100 visitor vouchers cost 59,- Euro
  • 250 visitor vouchers cost 75,- Euro
  • 500 visitor vouchers cost 95,- Euro

(These prices include post and postage and are subject to VAT).

There is no separate charge when vouchers are submitted, so that you do not incur any additional costs. No other quantities than those stated above can be delivered.

 

Visitor medium: correspondence stickers

You should draw the attention of your customers and those that you hope will become customers to the fact that you will be exhibiting well before the RDAWorkshop.

Our correspondence stickers (delivered on self-adhesive labels) will help you here. Attach them to all your business envelopes, quotations, invoices, mailings or leaflets. In this way you can remind your customers of the date of the RDA-Workshop, the fact that you will be exhibiting and, above all, thelocation of your stand at the fair!

Order at the same time the addresses of German coach holiday companies.Just so that your advertising finds the right target, we offer you an opportunity to order addresses of German coach holiday companies (approximately 5,000 of them) on self-adhesive labels.

 

Visitor medium: visitor planner

The RDA visitor planner will be sent in the forefront to all potential RDA-Workshop visitors and are made available and free of charge during the exhibition from all box offices.
It contains the addresses and the stand numbers of all exhibitors at the 2010 RDA-Workshop. You can use advertisements in the RDAWorkshop visitor planner to draw attention to your stand and your offers.

 

Visitor medium: “RDA-Workshop aktuell”

The first issue of exhibition magazine RDA-Workshop aktuell will be distributedin forefront of the RDA-Workshop to 25,000 potential visitors throughout the whole of Europe. In this way we secure attention for you and for ourserlves.


The second issue will be distributed free of charge to visitors during the RDA-Workshop and can also be picked up at the box offices and the RDA- Workshop information stand.
This way we offer two important advertising shots before and during the exhibition in the form useful RDA-Workshop information.

Use this medium to issue invitations to visit your stand via a coloured advertisement.
