Cash machine

There is a Cash machine in the entrance area on the ground floor.

The Copy Shop is in the entrance foyer on the first floor. Here you can have copies made and also send faxes.

Queries about hotels and private accommodation may be made here.

Exhibitor parking
1. Construction and dismantling Exhibitors in Halls 10.1 and 10.2 who arrived by car should drive to the parking level of Hall 10 for loading and unloading. Goods lifts go down to the halls from this level.
2. Parking
As an exhibitor with a car you have the opportunity to park in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition hall in which you are exhibiting. You will find clear instructions how to get to your parking place on the parking permit, which you are asked to show clearly on the inside of your windscreen. Your exhibitor badges are also valid as parking permits.

Post officeDuring the opening hours of the RDA-Workshop, post office serviceswill be available in the entrance foyer on the first floor between halls10 and 11.

The first-aid station

on the exhibition grounds is manned by a paramedic from 27th to 29th July 2010.

Vouchers

Visitor vouchers are valid as regular entrance tickets. They are, however, only valid with a double company stamp. They save visitors queuing at the Ticket Counter.

Koelnmesse offers you the possibility of an internet access with the high-speed WirelessLan network of NetCologne. The corres pon ding access data can be pro cured in the Copy Shop (en trance foyer, first floor).
