Closing date for registration, prices and payment information

No deposit is due for the reservation of a standard stand. The complete stand fee is payable upon receipt of invoice (see payment instructions on invoice).
The reservation of a open stand area incurs a deposit of 30% of the stand fees.

In any case, secure yourself an early-reservation-discount for early reservations by booking  and save up to 15% off the regular stand fees!

As well as an opportunity to make an early reservation, we would also like to offer you a chance to make your plans in the exhibition hall early, giving you a key advantage: you can obtain information on stand numbers early allowing you to publish them in good time in your mailing and advertising actions.

Stand reservations received after deadline can no longer be allocated places as part of the country segmentation, but only in the area for last-minute reservations.

Please understand that we are then no longer able to take account of your preferences stand location. This is the only way we can ensure that those who register early will be provided with exhibition hall plans and stand numbers in good time.
