The dimensions of the open stand areas
There are a number of fixed stand alternatives for open stand areas to choose from that enable the clear overall planning of the exhibition hall.
It is generally not possible to deviate from these stand dimensions.
Prices per square metre for the different types of stand may be found in the reservation form for “open stand areas”. Please refer to the organiser as early as possible should you have questions on the dimensions of your stand. Please note that the complete erection of stands in the open areas must be carried out by the exhibitor or by a stand builder appointed to do the job. The organiser also does not provide walls for the exhibition area. Please ensure too that your stand is erected exactly in accordance with your reservation.

The layout plan of open stand areas in the exhibition halls
In-line-stand (3 walls, 1 corridor side)
5 m deep, variable width (minimum however 40 qm)
In-line-stands are always located along the outer walls of the exhibition hall and only delimited at hand.
Head stand (1 wall, 3 corridor sides)
4 m x 17 m = 68 qm 10 m x 8 m = 80 qm 10 m x 14 m = 140 qm
Block stand (4 corridor sides)
4 m x 10 m = 40 qm 4 m x 22 m = 88 qm 4 m x 34 m = 139 qm
10 m x 10 m = 100 qm 10 m x 22 m = 220 qm
Co-exhibitor
Each co-exhibitor must be an RDA member on its own account. In addition to the stand fee, a participation fee of 215.00 Euro is payable by each co-exhibitor. The main exhibitor will receive the invoice.
Please note!
Co-exhibitors can only be listed in the list of exhibitors together with the hall and stand number if the main exhibitor has registered all the co-exhibitors with their company names and complete addresses .
RDA-Workshop Touristik-Service GmbH reserves the right to invoice non-registered co-exhibitors with an additional 215.00 Euro.
