Standard stands: dimensions and fittings

Fittings:

• Grey, plastic-covered walls
• blue carpet
• 1 table, 4 chairs
• 1 blue service sign with a short description (measuring 90 cm x approximately 120 cm)
  
• 1 storage romm 1 x 1 metre in area (cannot be locked)
• 1 row sign printed with your stand number
• 1 flag with your company name and
• 1 open, non-lockable counter.

The storage room may be located on the left-hand or the right-hand of the stand. Lockable counters, fridges etc. may be rented to order for an additional fee.

How are the standard stands arranged?

The standard stands are generally located in blocks of four, so that each standard stand is a corner-stand and has two sides to the gangways.

There is a pillar measuring 40 x 40 cm in the centre of each block.

Please refer as early as possible to the organiser, should you desire a proposal for the design of you stand.

In order to give individual regions the best opportunity to present themselves, RDA-Workshop GmbH will gladly make suggestions regarding collective stands in a way that the main exhibitor and the co-exhibitors can jointly present themselves in the best possible manner.

How many exhibitiors per standard stand are permitted?

When reserving a standard stand (approximately 10 qm surface area) please make a distinction between simple occupation (a maximum of one exhibitor per 10 qm) and a reservation with 1 or 2 exhibitors (a maximum of 2 exhibitors per 10 qm).

 Each co-exhibitor must be an RDA member on its own account.
